Light the Wick offers you complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. If you are ever unhappy with any part of your order, simply Contact Us within 10 days of order receipt. If your package ever arrives with any part of it broken, please save all the packing materials and let us know right away. We want only satisfied customers and we would love for you to return to us! You pay return shipping to Light the Wick, then Light the Wick or yourself can go through the USPS or UPS for your refund.

ORDERING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

Light the Wick uses a secure shopping cart for your ordering convenience. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and you may call your order in (940)-484-WICK. We also have Pay Pal and you may use your credit cards with Pay Pal. The shopping cart automatically adds the proper shipping Options. If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your order, click pick up order, and still click the shipment option, this should bring 0 shipping. Please contact me if you have any questions. PRIVACY POLICY AND ABOUT COOKIES
